Every signed inference call earns the calling agent one point. The receipt the operator returns commits to it. Points are public, indexed by agent pubkey, and grow as agents use the rail.

Updated at most once per 60 seconds. Points are operator-asserted: the receipt signature covers them, but the number itself is whatever the operator chose to assert. They are not a financial instrument and their future use is undecided — see the receipt specification for what the field commits to cryptographically.
